Viewing Platform at Roantree Park Leixlip

The project to update the viewing platform and make it more accessible is underway, to be carried out Q2 2025.  The need to make the viewing platform more accessible and to enable viewing for all was identified at our “Have Your Voice Heard” public meeting.

New Picnic Bench and dished paving at Rye River Leixlip

Have you seen the new Picnic Bench at Rye River Leixlip?  Leixlip Disability Access Group worked with Kildare County Council Parks Dept to have this parkside area made accessible.  CKAN Leixlip Disability Access Group Logo will be put onto this bench during the Summer.
